Traveling North on US 17 (From Myrtle Beach, Brunswick County, etc.): Enter Wilmington via the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge. Stay on US 17-74-76 (Dawson Street) until you get to 16th Street. Turn right. NHRMC will be about 2.5 miles on left. Turn right at stoplight on Medical Center Drive.

Traveling East on US 74-76 (From Lumberton, Whiteville, etc.): Enter Wilmington via the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge. Stay on US 17-74-76 (Dawson Street) until you get to 16th Street. Turn right. NHRMC will be about 2.5 miles on left. Turn right at stoplight on Medical Center Drive.

Traveling East on US 421 (From Clinton, etc.): Enter Wilmington via the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge. Stay on US 17-74-76 (Dawson Street) until you get to 16th Street. Turn right. NHRMC will be about 2.5 miles on left. Turn right at stoplight on Medical Center Drive.

Traveling East on I-40 (From Raleigh, etc.): Enter Wilmington on I-40. It turns into Hwy. 132. Stay on Hwy. 132 until you get to Shipyard Blvd. Turn right and stay on Shipyard Blvd. until you reach 17th Street. Turn right; NHRMC will be about .75 miles on the right. Turn left at the stoplight on Medical Center Drive.

Traveling South on US 17 (From Jacksonville, Morehead City, etc.): Enter Wilmington on US 17 (Market Street). Turn left on 16th Street (US 17). NHRMC is about 5 miles on left. Turn right at stoplight on Medical Center Drive.
