Fees and Payment

Payment for care provided is expected at the time of service. We prefer not to send statements because the cost of the paperwork and postage affects our fees. We accept all dental insurance plans and will assist you in filing your claim. The receptionist will provide you with a reimbursement receipt for minor fees that you may file with your insurance company directly.

Insurance

We participate with all dental insurance programs. Please bring your insurance identification card and forms with you on your first visit. Various programs cover from 0% to 80% of your dental and surgical costs depending on the policy your company purchased. Many policies, although promising complete coverage, fall short of meeting these promises, therefore, we require our patients to furnish us with a credit card.  The balance will be charged to your credit card after the insurance pays their required share within 90 days.

Please call the office if you have any questions regarding your care, medications or treatment. Our trained Endodontic staff can answer your questions or, if necessary, will arrange for you to speak with Dr. Roseman.
